今年31歲,人生第一次有這麼結實的六塊肌,我真的覺得核心最難練!不僅要經常鍛煉,飲食也非常注意,連現在不喝啤酒的我都覺得很難維持😩

但其實我會堅持是因為健壯的核心也可以保護脆肉的脊椎,以前腰椎突出症很嚴重的時候,我承諾了自己只要我能恢復原樣,我之後都會好好照顧身體,希望永遠不會在這麼年輕的年紀就有走路不方便的困擾!鼓勵大家為你/妳的健康而堅持!🙏💪💯

接下來我要鍛煉柔軟度,尤其是把骨盆打開來,甚至連伸展到劈腿😨因為我的腰跟腿還是很緊,而且聽說柔軟的骨盆有助於瑜伽的不少體位和平衡感!覺得我可以嗎?我現在差很多 😂 我要加油啦,我們一起吧~#fitness #goals #growthmindset🌱 #coretraining

Been on the core training for awhile, going to focus more on flexibility and do my best to maintain these abs which are the best I've had in all my 31 years! It will be tough cause they go easy, but I believe opening up my hips will bring another level of comfort to my body. Whatever your fitness goals are, keep going! 💪
